General betting rules, bets and odds
Eligibility to place a bet
- You must be logged in, age verified, and located in Great Britain at the time of placing bets. Technical checks may verify your location.
- We may set account specific limits for safer gambling, affordability, or legal reasons.
Bet acceptance and settlement
- A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history with a confirmed reference. Pending or processing status means it is not yet accepted.
- For pre match markets, bets are accepted until the advertised start time. For in play, acceptance is subject to a short delay and market suspension during material incidents.
- Results are settled using official event data or a recognised governing body. If no official source exists, we may use independent data providers.
Minimum and maximum stakes and payouts
- We may set minimum and maximum stakes per market. These can vary by sport, event, and account history.
- Maximum payouts may apply per bet or per event category. Details are displayed in market rules or the help pages.
Errors and palpable error
- If an obvious error occurs in odds, market availability, handicap, or settlement, we may void the bet or resettle at the correct odds that were available at the time the bet was placed.
Cancellations, voids, and abandoned events
- If an event is postponed and not completed within a reasonable period specified in market rules, related bets may be void and stakes returned.
- If a participant withdraws before participation, singles are usually void. For multiples, the selection may be treated as void and the accumulator will stand on remaining legs.
Restrictions and irregular play
- We may restrict markets, suspend cash out, or refuse a bet to protect integrity or comply with legal obligations.
- Collusion, use of inside information, syndicate betting, or circumventing stake limits is prohibited. We may close the account and void affected bets where integrity is at risk.
Bonuses and free bets
- Promotions, bonuses, and any free bet are subject to specific rules, including eligibility, time limits, and wagering. Bonus use on certain markets or event types may be restricted.
Settlement rules and rounding
- Settlement is based on the first official result. Later corrections do not apply unless stated in sport specific rules. Returns are calculated using decimal odds and rounded to two decimal places in GBP.
Admiral Shark may limit or refuse bets or bonuses to manage risk and legal compliance.
Payment rules for deposits and withdrawals
Funding your account
- Only payment methods in your own name may be used. Third party payments are not allowed.
- For customers in Great Britain, gambling with credit cards is not allowed. Debit cards, bank transfer, and approved e wallets may be supported.
- Your account currency for UK customers is GBP unless stated otherwise.
Deposits
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by method.
- Deposits are usually credited immediately once authorised. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
- We may request identity or source of funds documents before accepting further deposits to satisfy KYC and AML rules.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are paid to the original funding method where possible. We may split payments across methods used for deposits.
- Pending security checks may delay processing. Once approved, most withdrawals are processed within one to three working days. Your bank or provider may take additional time to credit funds.
- Withdrawal requests for Great Britain cannot be reversed once submitted.
Fees, limits, and restrictions
- Any fees, limits, or thresholds will be shown in the cashier before you confirm a transaction. Your provider may impose separate charges.
- We may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits for safer gambling or to meet legal and AML obligations.
Verification and security
- Before the first withdrawal, and at any time thereafter, we may verify identity, address, payment ownership, and affordability. Documents must be genuine, legible, and up to date.
- Failure to pass verification may result in cancellation of transactions and temporary account restrictions.
Cancellation and chargebacks
- If a deposit is charged back or reversed, we may suspend the account, void bets, and recover any winnings linked to the unpaid amount.
Admiral Shark may refuse or limit transactions to comply with legal and AML requirements.
